We have a brand new and exciting opportunity for an NDIS Operations Manager to join our team full-time. You can work out of our offices in Canberra, Coolangatta, Coffs Harbour or Tweed Heads.

Your next opportunity

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations, and delivery of our NDIS and School Leaver Employment Supports programs.

Core duties:

  • Build strong relationships with relevant organisations in the local community;
  • Recruit and lead the team to deliver our NDIS and SLES programs;
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new participants;
  • Develop relationships with ethical employers to create work placement and employment opportunities for participants; and
  • Assist in the development of our service delivery model and systems.

You will also ensure that the day-to-day operations of our NDIS and SLES programs comply with government regulations.

What we need from you

We are looking for an adaptable and resilient individual who has a strong understanding of and previous experience working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Crucial to this role is your ability to lead and mentor a diverse and multicultural group effectively. Moreover, you will have strong interpersonal skills and effectively engage with the team, the wider organisation and other external stakeholders.

Before commencing your journey with us, you will be required to possess the following:

  • Security clearance (i.e., Working with Children Check, Working with Vulnerable People or Blue Card);
  • Driver’s License;
  • NDIS Worker’s Check; and
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Although not essential, a First Aid Certificate is highly desirable.
