Kimberley Land Council (KLC) is looking for a full-time Senior Lawyer based in Broome, Western Australia.
This role reports to the Principal Legal Officer and is responsible for the delivery of legal services related to native title rights, Aboriginal cultural heritage, and corporate governance.

This career-defining role merges legal expertise with meaningful impact, safeguarding Indigenous rights and cultural heritage. Through your work, you’ll contribute to First Nations' self-determination in the Kimberley region.
To qualify, you will need to be admitted, or immediately eligible for admission, as a barrister or solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. A minimum of five years experience in legal practice will be highly regarded.
