About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Business Architect to join our ICT Planning and Governance team for an immediate start on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the ICT Planning and Governance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning Endeavour Foundation’s strategic objectives with our business processes, structures and IT systems through a whole of business technology review by creating an integrated technology roadmap in support of the newly revised business strategy. Duties include:
- Act as a key contributor to the Architecture team through knowledge and experience in architectural, application and integration principles and methods.
- Identify opportunities, analyse impact and risk, and guide the continuous improvement and innovation of the business and ICT landscape.
- Analyse, design, and optimise Business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness including leveraging AI, ML or robotic process automations for current and future state.
- Translate and guide tactical and strategic needs from the business lines and IT system domains into an ICT Digital Transformation roadmap.
- Develop Business solutions that meet strategic objectives and operational needs.
- Synthesise findings into quality architectural artefacts for review and signoff by Stakeholders and Vendors.
About You
- Formal Business Architecture qualifications highly desirable.
- Skills and experience in delivering high quality artefacts including Business Analysis Approaches, Customer Journey Mapping, Problem Statements, Options Analysis, Business Process maps, Requirements Specifications, Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to present information and engage with stakeholders on highly sensitive topics.
- Problem solving skills using a logical and systematic approach and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to drive service provider assessments and evaluation of products and to produce cohesive, clear, and concise written content to support development of the project.
- Ability to successfully plan and conduct workshops, meetings, and other engagements with multiple stakeholders to gain input and feedback on projects.
- Ability to effectively collate, analyse and represent information received from diverse sources in a consistent, repeatable format.
- Understanding of both predictive and adaptive change delivery methods and apply business analysis leadership in collaborating and determining the best approach to deliver projects.
- Understanding of change delivery techniques such as SCRUM to support Product Owners and SMEs in achieving desired outcomes.
