What can I expect in a typical day working as a Support Worker?

You will provide support in our Learning and Lifestyle Centre at Noosaville assisting to deliver tailored educational programs. There may be extra shifts as well in community access support. where you will support our customers into the community for lifestyle activities.

About the Opportunities

• Must be flexible to work extra shifts where required which may include some weekend community access/ in home support shifts
• Further hours on offer through rostering up to 76 a fortnight
• Support includes all aspects of assisting customers with personal care where required

• Experience working with microsoft packages and ability to pick up internal systems
• Cert III in Individual Support and experience with complex behaviours will be highly regarded

Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check, a positive blue card and yellow card OR the new NDIS Worker Screening card should you be successful.

Additionally, in line with the direction from the State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from 15 December 2021.
