SELECTION CRITERIA
Even if you don’t meet all the selection criteria but think you are the right person for the job, we’d still love to hear from you.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or high-level management and operations management experience of at least 5 years.
- Experience in administration and management of non-government organisations in the not-for-profit sector.
- Ability to interpret and implement regulations and legislation relevant to the non-Government sector through systems, policies and processes to ensure EK remains compliant.
- Highly developed written, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare written reports and submissions.
- Ability to work effectively with the organisation’s leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in the provision of support and direction to the staff team.
- Demonstrated high level financial management and planning skills.
- Experience in negotiating and partnering successfully with funding providers, and other agencies providing related services.
- Experience in liaising and working effectively with a wide range of people and groups in Government and non-Government sectors including service users.
- No knowledge of the environment sector is assumed.
