As a Manager in Ethicol’s dynamic team, you will assist in providing oversight of a variety of projects across the health and social services sector. We offer a variety of services to the health and social services sector, including program and economic evaluation, social impact analysis, strategic planning, co-design and model of care reviews/design.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
- Responsibility on project scoping, proposal preparation, planning, leading and manage clients and team for the delivery of projects
- Active market development and business development building client relationships and enacting client management
- Supporting and managing people, developing others and delivering training
- Deliver quality outputs for clients
- Deliver projects in the areas of strategic planning, evaluation, social impact analysis, policy review, model of care redesign and other areas as needed
- Lead the development of data analysis in the areas of, cost of illness, cost benefit analysis, cost effectiveness analysis and other economic assessments
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-10 years working in a relevant field (health sector, social services, health policy, health economics, or management consulting).
- A tertiary qualification in business/ economics, health science or health management, governance and policy, or similar.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to undertake both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and business/ reporting writing skills.
- Well developed skills in Office 365
- Desirable but not essential, skills using Tableau, R, Python and/ or Power BI.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal team members and the development of professional yet meaningful relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work as part of a remotely based team.
