About the role

Working under the guidance of the coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering services aligned with program objectives and deliver identified outcomes for EveryMan Australia.

You'll be at the forefront of program delivery, crafting individual case management plans based on EveryMan's needs assessment. Your impact will extend to assisting clients in achieving case plan outcomes through regular scheduled visits, all while maintaining client confidentiality and privacy. What's needed

Your tertiary qualifications are desirable along with your experience in Case Management, specifically with men facing complex needs will be instrumental in this role. Your capability to provide the highest standard of care, irrespective of backgrounds, is a valuable asset that will greatly contribute to EveryMans' purpose, vision and principles.

What happens after you apply?

Candidates with suitable skills and experience will be invited to an information evening, from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm on Tuesday 12 March. This will be your opportunity to find out more about EveryMan and to meet some of our staff and managers in a relaxed atmosphere. Following the information night candidates will continue with the formal recruitment process.
