EWBs Education Programs Officer ensures that EWB’s education and training programs are supported and resourced to achieve intended impact.

EWB has been working with university, industry, and community partners to deliver unique, impactful learning experiences for over a decade. Participants in EWB education and training programs develop understanding of the social, cultural, global, and environmental responsibilities of professional engineers along with the skills required to act on this responsibility. We believe that by equipping members of the technical-engineering sector with awareness, knowledge, and skills, we will see a fundamental shift in the capacity of the engineering sector to support positive social, environmental, and economic outcomes with communities.

The Education Programs Officer is part of the EWB Education team, working closely with program leads to deliver quality learning experiences and ensure effective program management. The role will be responsible for supporting the administration and delivery of core EWB programs including the EWB Challenge Series and Immersive Study Tours, alongside EWB’s growing suite of training offerings.

This role is suited to someone at a graduate level or early in their professional career, excited by the opportunity to play a key role in equipping the engineering sector with the skills and capacity required to lead positive change.
