Are you passionate about driving meaningful change in the lives of marginalised communities? The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (BCF) is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant to the Head of Programs to help us deliver life-changing support through our community, welfare, medical and education initiatives.
BCF is a registered charity with a mission to address the causes and effects of homelessness and poverty. Through food provision, social welfare and education support, we empower individuals to reclaim their dignity and independence.
This is a newly created role, offering an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate starting their career in this field and aspiring to grow into a future leadership position.
In this important role, you will support the Head of Programs in ensuring the effective delivery of our national and international initiatives. You will contribute significantly to operational management, strategic planning, compliance and stakeholder engagement while representing BCF in the absence of the Head of Programs.
The role is full-time (38 hours per week), but we are open to discussing part-time arrangements for the right candidate. Salary is negotiable, based on skills and experience.
