Family Access Network are a community-based organisation funded to provide accommodation and support services to young people aged 16-25.

We are currently seeking to engage live-in youth mentor for our Balwyn property through our Lead Tenant Program. A live in youth mentor are volunteers who live with young people in a shared property and are closely supported by Family Access Network through induction processes, regular training, supervision and house meetings.

Live-in youth mentors work to create a safe, stable and supportive living environment for young people and act as a positive role model within the household.
