Carer KaFÉ (www.carerkafe.org.au) has been established to provide training to Victorian kinship and foster carers to support them in their valuable role. The program coordinates training providers to deliver training that will support the ongoing needs of kinship and foster carers. The program aims to deliver innovative training through a variety of mediums, targeting all kinship and foster carers.
The Project Officer will be based at the Foster Care Association of Victoria (FCAV) Office, located at Smith St Collingwood.
This position is 4 days (30.4 hours per week) on a fixed term (contract) until 30 June 2021. Hours are negotiable with the Program Manager and can be spread across 5 days.
The Hourly pay rate is for this contract is $36.57 per hour or $63,302 per annum (inclusive of compulsory Superannuation) (based on level 4, pay point 2 of the Social and Community Services Award).
