As our organisation goes through a period of positive growth, it is critical to ensure the foundations of the Federation enable us to continue the important work in driving change for a fairer community.
The newly created role of Manager, Corporate & Member Services will focus on a program of continuous improvement projects to support organisational growth and ensure sustainable member and organisational effectiveness.
The Manager will facilitate the review of Federation operations and member services to enhance performance and capacity – through assessment of key issues and the development of effective solutions. The role will also capably lead a small team to deliver best practice administrative services and activities – building capacity, inspiring success and fostering collaboration.
You are a back office specialist who wants to use your analytical skills and enquiring mind to make a positive impact. You appreciate the importance of consultation and collaboration in the delivery of outcomes, and understand how to increase organisational effectiveness through system, service and process review and implementation.
You will apply your significant relationship capability to engage with members, peak bodies and service providers ensuring continuous improvement programs and opportunities drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
You have broad experience and can strategically support key operational priorities - utilising your broad organisational skills and strong ability to build relationships, understand issues and leverage collective capacity to deliver sustainable solutions.
You will utilise your outstanding change and project management, and strong consultation skills to lead and deliver projects of Federation and member importance.
A proactive, collaborative and hands on leader, you are committed to driving best practice outcomes for the benefit of our members and to provide a stable foundation for Federation excellence.
The base salary offered is between $85,000 - $90,000 per annum (pro rata for part time), plus superannuation and annual leave loading. The Federation offers a generous FBT salary packaging program (up to $18,550 pa of your salary tax free).
