We have an ambitious five-year strategic plan that aims to take us even closer to realising our vision of a world in which no person is needlessly blind or vision impaired and Indigenous Australians exercise their right to sight and good health.
The Business Analyst will identify business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes. They will also support the systematic efforts to identify and document business processes across The Fred Hollows Foundation. They will lead efforts to effectively conduct process reviews with multiple key stakeholders and aim to redesign procedures utilizing digital and non-digital solutions with a focus on simplification and automation. The Business Analyst will also support project management actions.
We are looking for an exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. You will excel at building robust working relationships in a complex, cross-cultural environment, including with colleagues from non-technical backgrounds. Patience and understanding are key, as you will simplify complex concepts and present them in an accessible manner. Your high attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving attitude will be crucial. Highly organised and self-motivated, you will demonstrate excellent planning skills and thrive under pressure, managing multiple competing deadlines with ease. You will work effectively with minimal supervision and be a collaborative team player.
