The Estates and Relationship Specialist is a key member of the Gift in Wills team and responsible for all communication with key stakeholders including solicitors, executors and family members. The role manages legal and administrative complexities to ensure a smooth estate administration process. This role also advises the public and solicitors on structuring bequests in alignment with the person’s wishes and The Foundation’s core goals.
You are an experienced estate specialist, or a clerk, legal aid, or legal secretary seeking a lateral move into the fundraising sector. Your people-focused approach enables you to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You are a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to engage compassionately with individuals who have recently lost a loved one.
With excellent organisational and time-management abilities, you thrive under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Your innovative and analytical mindset empowers you to interpret data effectively, and you bring strong experience in database management, ideally with exposure to a CRM or similar system.
