About you

You are a natural-born mentor and an advocate with knowledge in the disability sector. You are also adept at solving problems, using the tools at your disposal to engineer solutions - sometimes on the fly – that deliver! You are an incredible communicator and know the right words to use to speak to anybody. You inspire trust. You guide. Most of all, you care, and believe that everyone has the right to opportunities that build skill and growth.

What you Bring

You will need the following requirements:

1. Working with Children's Check
2. First Aid Certificate
3. NSW Driver's Licence
4. Driving History Record from Service NSW
5. NDISWC Clearance or to submit an application
6. Immunisation History Statement

Whilst it is desirable that you hold a Cert III in Individual Support, every applicant shall be considered.

Flintwood Disability Services provide a range of services for NDIS participants and our goal are to create and enhance opportunities for people with disabilities. We're committed to working with individuals (and their families) to support their right to be independent live their life their way!

And this is where you come in! We are currently looking to bring a strong, empathetic staff to our teams within Day Services.

The applicants are required to answer the following questions:

• Do you have full and unrestricted rights to work in Australia?
• Do you have a current full Australian driver's licence?
• Do you possess a current satisfactory Working With Children Check?
• Do you possess a current satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check?
• Do you have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check?
• Do you have a current First Aid Certificate?

• Day Program Locations: Seven Hills NSW

Special Requirements: PEG feeding – (training will be provided)

Roster:

• Monday and Tuesday 9.00am - 13.00pm (2 days)
