- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Traditional Owners, government agencies, and community organisations.
- Overseeing the recruitment and management of Community Food Coordinators in each of the three communities.
- Developing grant guidelines to enable local solutions defined by each community.
- Reporting progress to governance groups and stakeholders and sharing insights for continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in leading complex programs or projects, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of systems change, community engagement, and place-based practices.
- Experience with grants management and a track record of driving impactful community outcomes.
- Flexibility to travel across Queensland to support local teams and initiatives.
What do we offer?
- Enjoy NFP salary packaging benefits!
- Be part of a team making a tangible impact on food security across the state.
- Lead innovative solutions that address immediate needs and create long-term change.
- Enjoy a supportive and flexible work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
We strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
