About Us

Founded in 1991 as New Farm Community Options, Footprints has grown from a small inner-city service with just three employees into a vibrant organisation with over 240 employees and 33 volunteers, supporting approximately 4,500 clients. We provide essential services to some of the most vulnerable individuals across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-cantered care.

As we continue to embed our new culture and strategy, we are looking for leaders who are committed to upholding the rights and dignity of our clients and delivering best-practice support.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who share our passion for creating meaningful change and meet the following criteria:

• Organisational Governance: Prior Board experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Clinical or Allied Health Expertise: A significant background in health services and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Finance and Accounting Skills: Strong financial acumen or qualifications in accounting.
• Industry Experience: Familiarity with organisations or industries similar to Footprints.
