Senior Art and Cultural Consultant

FORM Building a state of creativity

About Us

FORM is an independent, not-for-profit arts and cultural organisation based in Claremont - with a vision of building a state of creativity and mission to make a real difference to quality of life, learning and livelihood in Western Australia.

We work to build a cultural and creative ecology in Western Australia that values artistic excellence, improves arts access for all, and encourages resilient and vibrant communities. Our activities span high-level artistic development and exhibitions; placemaking and cultural infrastructure development; collaboration with Aboriginal artists and communities; creative learning; research and advocacy. Our goal is to provide a platform for emerging talent and to foster a community that celebrates and supports creativity.

FORM is well-known for delivering significant cultural tourism projects and creative experiences in collaboration with key strategic partners, including the Albany Field of Light: Avenue of Honour project, PUBLIC: Silo Trail and Thomas Dambo’s Giants of Mandurah.

Our public art consultancy service delivers major public art and place making initiatives such as the Perth Airport artwork, First Contact at Elizabeth Quay, and artwork around the Optus Stadium precinct. A hallmark of FORM’s public art consultancy has been the Land.Mark.Art initiative, to upskill Aboriginal artists in public art delivery in collaboration with public art fabricators.

Looking ahead, this is an exciting time for FORM’s consultancy service, with a renewed strategic business plan that incorporates creative spaces, cultural infrastructure and creative strategy and focuses on sustainable growth.
