The Opportunity:

The Communications & Marketing Lead will help drive Fortem Australia's success by coordinating brand, communications, and marketing elements, and sharing Fortem's stories with targeted audiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external communications, graphic and document design, brand messaging consistency, social media platforms and online presence, website management, media activities, media releases, community fundraising campaigns, gathering impactful stories, and writing reports highlighting Fortem's positive contributions to foster community support.

Knowledge and Skills Sought:

  • Intermediate or above level of competency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Intermediate or above level of competency with Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate or above level of competency with social media platforms.
  • Intermediate or above level of competency with WordPress website management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with individuals and groups from a variety of backgrounds.
