THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity to use your data and supporter services skills to support a growing team, and make an impact on the lives of animals around the world.

Suitable for a mid-career professional experienced in managing CRM databases within a non-profit setting, this key role helps deliver exceptional supporter service and contributes to the development of data-led strategies.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

Data and Systems Management - Oversee Salesforce CRM to ensure data quality, integrity and governance, implement improvements to database processes, investigate and resolve technical issues. Produce reports that provide insights on supporter behaviour and key performance indicators and ensure effective integration between databases and other systems.

Team Leadership and Collaboration – Foster a cohesive and effective team that provides leadership, coaching and training, lead on the recruitment and performance of staff and volunteers within the Data and Supporter Services Team.

Supporter Services – Support the team to deliver exceptional supporter service, develop and oversee processes to ensure efficient processing of supporter requests and correspondence.

Development and Project Management – Lead planning and project management for the Data and Supporter Services Team. Contribute to the development of data-led fundraising strategies.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are a problem solver and have a proactive and positive approach to your work.
  • You are at home living in the detail of data analysis and CRM’s.
  • You are comfortable self-directing.
  • You have an enthusiasm for data insights and the skills to back it up.
  • You have demonstrated experience managing and overseeing CRM databases in a non-for-profit environment (Salesforce experience is highly regarded).
  • You are collaborative and can work with all kinds of people.
  • You have a strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (including PCI-DSS).
  • You have experience delivering supporter-centric services.
  • You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and solution implementation.
  • Desirable: You have experience with Marketing Cloud, Apsona, Form Assembly, Experience Cloud, SQL and coding appreciated but not required.
