This key position is ideal for an early to mid-career fundraiser with the talent and eagerness to develop their experience and skills across the individual giving mix. This role will primarily focus on co-ordinating activities to acquire and retain single and regular donors through various channels including direct mail, TV, telemarketing and digital (web, email and social media).
Reporting to the Fundraising Lead, this position is situated within the small and dynamic team, supported by a global team, and guided by a three-year fundraising strategy. The role will be responsible for day-to-day management of the regular giving program, including collaboration with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and reporting, and providing support in the production of single giving appeals and other fundraising campaigns.

Regular and single giving program co-ordination:
Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure services provided are delivered as agreed.
Daily monitoring of digital campaigns to maximise performance.
Implement new strategies to diversify and expand channels across the acquisition and retention of donors.
Assist in the production of fundraising campaigns, including print and digital
Develop and deliver campaign training sessions to inspire agency fundraisers.
Manage and optimise telemarketing programs including conversion, declines, upgrades and reactivation.
In collaboration with the Supporter Relations & Data Team, develop and refine processes for a seamless donor experience, ensuring the smooth flow of data to and from suppliers.
Financial reporting and monitoring, tracking income and expenses.
Work closely with the Supporter Relations Team to ensure appropriate response to fundraising enquiries, donor relationship management, coordination and development of retention activities and materials, such as welcome packs, donor care, tax receipt letters and emails, thank you and welcome calls.
