Froebel Alexandria is one of 5 early learning services run by the not-for-profit provider Froebel Australia. The centre has 44 children from 6 months to 5 years with warm and creative indoor areas as well as a beautiful 80m² learning garden.
Our educational program focuses on immersive language learning (second community language: German) and inquiry-based early learning by implementing the Little Scientists (https://littlescientists.org.au/) program. Frequent excursions within and beyond the local community are also an integral part of our curriculum.

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Early Childhood Educators for our Nursery Room. The role is for 22.5 hours per week worked Mondays to Wednesdays starting in December.

The successful candidate will:
- Hold a Certificate III or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, ECTs are also encouraged to apply
- Have very good communication and interpersonal skills to built and grow trusting relationships with colleagues, families and community members
- Have a keen interest in immersive language learning and inquiry-based learning
- Have an understanding of contemporary child safe practices
- Last but definitely not least: have a sunny personality with a positive mindset!
