Hybrid – 2 days in office, up to 3 days WFH.

Wellness days quarterly.

The Role:

The Front Project is seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Media and Communications Coordinator to enhance their digital presence and engage their target audiences through creative and strategic content.

In this role, you will support the digital marketing efforts, coordinate social media, optimise online content, and analyse campaign performance to amplify their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging content (eg graphics, copywriting, and video content) for various digital platforms including social media, email marketing, and web.
  • Coordinate social media channels to help amplify our impact.
  • Manage processes to publish high quality research with strong attention to detail.
  • Create and manage EDMs and maintain mailing lists through Salesforce.
  • Capture and edit photo/video content for communications.
  • Assist with content publishing on the website.
  • Manage and optimise paid Google Search campaigns.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries by email and undertake additional duties as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant qualification or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role or similar, demonstrating a track record of high-quality content creation and strong organisational skills.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Desired Skills, Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and/or Canva for visual content design.
  • Exposure or previous experience with web content management systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to work.
