The FSN Board is looking for an experienced executive leader who, with the leadership team, will implement the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, mission and values; maintain a culture of participation, social justice, feminist philosophy while keeping the safety and wellbeing of children as a priority.

The successful applicant will bring energy, innovation and resilience to the position, is someone who can work closely with the Board, while being highly engaged with staff and our network of partners. Key responsibilities for this 30h/w position include:

• Ensuring staff are well supported, engaged in continuous learning, delivering excellent services to our client families
• Preparing reports for the Board, reports and acquittals for funding providers, engaging with contract managers
• Financial oversight, include assisting in budget preparation with the accountant and Board, and ensuring fiscal and other governance responsibilities are delivered
• Ensuring sustainability and capability of the organisation for ongoing growth and development.
