Gateway Health is a community health service providing health and welfare services to individuals, families and communities across north east Victoria and parts of southern New south Wales. The organisation employs over 380 staff providing a range of primary health and community services across the Ovens Murray region in North East Victoria and parts of Southern New South Wales. Reporting to the Executive Director Integrated Care, the General Manager Primary Care and Nursing is a member of the Integrated Care Leadership Team and carries responsibility for leading and supporting Gateway Health's growing range of Primary Care and Nursing services, and informing integrated approaches to service system planning and development across the catchment.

The role is based in Wodonga or Wangaratta; however, Gateway Health does offer flexible working arrangements. An attractive remuneration package includes $130K base salary plus superannuation, a company vehicle with full private use, and salary packaging options.
You will be an accomplished, engaging and high energy General Manager. A leader with a track record of demonstrable success in driving integrated health initiatives, having full P/L responsibility and leading high-performance teams.
You will bring extensive leadership experience in senior roles in the health or community services sector and must be tertiary qualified in nursing.
