About the role:

In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

We currently have a permanent part time position in Box Hill South available, for 28 hours per fortnight. Due to the needs of the participant, we are accepting applications from female staff only.

At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below:

Week 1:
Sunday: 3pm - 10pm & sleepover
Monday: 7am - 10am

Week 2:
Thursday: 4pm - 10pm & sleepover
Friday: 7am - 10am
Tuesday: 4pm - 10pm & sleepover
Wednesday: 7am - 10am
