About the Role:

We currently have a permanent part time position available for 36 hours per fortnight in Norlane. In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transferring.

At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday.

Roster details are below:

Week 1:

• Thursday 6am-9am (3 hours)
• Saturday 3-10pm (7 hours) & Sleepover
• Sunday 6-9am (3 hours) & 9-3pm (6 hours)
• Monday 3-10pm (7 hours) & Sleepover
• Tuesday 6-9am (3 hours)

Week 2:

• Wednesday 3-10pm (7 hours) & Sleepover
