The Sales Lead position requires someone with significant sales experience who will thrive on proactively identifying and pursuing new clients.
You will have a demonstrated track record of generating leads and converting sales in a B2B environment. You have the ability to understand technical requirements at a broad level, and then relay them clearly and simply to potential clients.
In this role, you will report directly to the CEO, working independently but liaising closely with the Client Engagement team who are responsible for onboarding new clients.
The role would be ideal for an experienced professional who is looking to use their sales skills to make a real difference in the world, while working for an organisation that supports them as a person and can be flexible around other life obligations. It may also be appropriate for an experienced sales individual ready to step out on their own while working in a for-purpose business.
