The Community Fundraising & Events Manager is an integral role in the Fundraising & Partnerships team, responsible for securing funds and growing revenue via community fundraising and events (both in-house and third party). This position is critical in ensuring the growth of CF Together by broadening and strengthening their fundraising base through the development of strong and lasting relationships with their community fundraisers and event attendees.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and managing one direct report, this role will lead, plan, execute and evaluate all community fundraising activities to achieve annual targets. This includes peer-to-peer fundraising, physical challenge events and leading the delivery and growth of national flagship campaigns such as Break a Sweat and CF Month.
