Community Fundraising & Events Manager - CF Together

Gembridge Australia

CF Together

Is a national organisation dedicated to advancing progress for people living with cystic fibrosis (CF). Their purpose is to drive progress for all people living with CF in Australia by enabling the CF community to access the best care and support, advocating for change, advancing treatment and finding a cure. It is an exciting time to join CF Together - they have recently released a new strategic plan, including a rebrand and a change of name from Cystic Fibrosis Community Care to CF Together.

The Community Fundraising & Events Manager is an integral role in the Fundraising & Partnerships team, responsible for securing funds and growing revenue via community fundraising and events (both in-house and third party). Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and managing one direct report, this role will lead, plan, execute and evaluate all community fundraising activities to achieve annual targets. This includes peer-to-peer fundraising, physical challenge events and leading the delivery and growth of national flagship campaigns such as Break a Sweat and CF Month.
