Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is Australia’s leading breast cancer consumer organisation. They work tirelessly to ensure that all Australian’s who are affected by breast cancer receive the very best care, treatment and support.

Since their inception in 1998, they have built a strong and resilient network of over 180, 000 individuals who have received their support. Alongside this network, BCNA work with the broader cohort of health professionals, government, healthcare providers and partners to influence and create a stronger healthcare system.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Fundraising will play a key role in driving the success of BCNA’s fundraising programs, enabling the organisation to thrive and achieve its strategic goals while sustaining revenue growth. You will inspire and mentor a passionate, high-performing team, each managing dynamic portfolios across corporate partnerships, individual giving, grants, events & community fundraising, and merchandise.

Aligned with strategic plan renewal in 2025, you will lead the development and implementation of a forward-thinking fundraising strategy, embracing innovation and creative, blue-sky thinking to reimagine and elevate the program, driving future success.

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (business management, commerce, marketing, social impact, or fundraising); CFRE is highly regarded
