The Office Manager is responsible for the overarching management of the business service support functions to the two operational departments – School Partnerships and Product Development – and the prudent and effective management of the organisation’s finance and governance responsibilities.

The Business Operations Manager is a ‘hands on’ role as part of the senior management team and has 2.5 direct reports. The role is critical in developing and implementing business strategies and financial plans and managing compliance with both legislation and organisational policy, practice and procedure and the successful applicant will need to have the broad management experience in which to oversight all areas of the business and the capacity to achieve deliverables in accordance with a defined project management methodology.
