Role Purpose

The Manager Integrated Place Based Services is responsible for leading a team of Community Hub Coordinators across multiple locations. Fostering a client-centred and community development approach, the Manager will oversee the effective provision of all program aspects across their portfolio including business improvement, risk and financial management, governance and compliance, and people management, together with representation at sector and industry meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of an integrated, place-based strategy alongside senior leaders, emphasising client-centricity, ecological integration, and community co-delivery.
  • Support the Hub Coordinators to ensure the delivery of specialist integrated services, including programs such as; Financial Wellbeing, No Interest Loans (NILs), Financial Resilience Services, Family Violence and Family Services programs.
  • Provide effective recruitment, induction, and learning and development opportunities for staff.
  • Offer reflective and supportive supervision to enable staff growth and skill development.
  • Deliver services to comply with contract agreements, ensuring programs meet or exceed Funder expectations and requirements.

About you

  • Formal qualification in Social Work, Health Services, Psychology or other relevant discipline, and evidence of Registration where applicable or a qualification in Community Development
  • Demonstrated sector experience in a community service setting in delivering support programs and services to vulnerable people
  • Relevant experience in a leadership role responsible for Program service coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing staff, including practice supervision, recruitment and managing individual key performance indicators.
