The Manager Training and Sector Capability will foster the growth, efficiency, and capabilities of the community services sector through high quality training programs. They will lead strategic initiatives and develop a Learning and Development Framework aimed at enhancing the capabilities, resources, and knowledge within the sector to address the diverse needs of the community.
The Sector Capability Manager sits within the Good Shepherd Institute and will have expertise in designing and developing workshops and learning materials for the community services sector.

These services are complemented by research and strong advocacy to address the underlying structural causes of injustice, exclusion, and inequality.
