The Gotcha4Life Foundation is 7 years young and dedicated to inspiring and enabling people of all ages to take action to build mental fitness. Our programs give people the tools to build their mental fitness, which includes being able to speak more openly about their feelings and experiences, and identifying a person, or people in their life they can reach out to when things get tough. The work we do is focused on taking action to spark and support new, healthier conversations about our mental fitness - ensuring that no one worries alone. Our ultimate vision? A world free of suicide, where no one worries alone.
We're a small and growing team on a big mission and we are looking for a Content Specialist to join our team as we develop and scale. Founded by media personality and all-round legend Gus Worland, at Gotcha4Life you'll get to work on high-profile projects that drive impact, with an accomplished and connected team.
We have a hybrid approach to work that continues to evolve as we respond to what is best for our team and the people and communities we serve. Currently, we come together as a team at our Sydney CBD office 2 days a week to connect and collaborate. On other days, our team works from either our office or from home – however it best works for them. We are a small and passionate team, driven by the impact we make in communities.
This role is responsible for creating content that will engage and inform our various audiences about the incredible work Gotcha4Life does, and inspire people to follow our journey. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent writing skills and a passion for impactful storytelling in various channels, inspired and informed from the abundance of emotive content in this space. They will be experienced in tailoring content to specific audiences, spanning regular Australians to corporates/professionals, in formats they will easily consume.
The Content Specialist role is a newly created contract position, reporting into the Marketing Director. Whilst there is quite alot of autonomy in this role, strong collaboration with the Digital Platform Specialist and eDM Contractor will be vital to ensure our brand and impact stories resonate across all platforms. They will be as comfortable writing a piece on impact for Linked In, as they are filming content from Tik Tok.
Applications for this role will take you to the employer’s site.
