Your role will be to support families, providing them with information about our Early Learning Programs in Docklands, fee inquiries and services offered by Gowrie Victoria and within the local community. You will also maintain the wait list for places, enter enrolment applications into our Child Care Management System (QikKids), and family administration whilst providing excellent customer service.
You will have experience working in a Sales or a Customer Experience admin role, as your focus will be to increase enrolments. You will be good at solving puzzles (having the right number of Educators in a room, depending on the number and age of the children, which can and does change a lot… think Tetris!). Your IT skills will be advanced with experience working with Customer Relationship Management systems or databases. Most importantly you will be able to connect with families with young children and have empathy for their needs so that you develop positive relationships leading to enrolments.
A competitive salary (we pay above award rates), 15 days personal leave and annual leave loading paid in December when you really need it!
Flexibility. Although you will need to be at the Docklands services meeting with families for much of your time in our peak periods, there is scope to work from home in this position. Also, we would consider making this role part time (4 days per week) to fit in with your other commitments.
