Greenpeace Australia Pacific (GPAP) is an independent campaigning organisation, which uses peaceful, creative confrontation to expose global environmental problems, and develop solutions for a green and peaceful future.

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has opened up at GPAP - an Operations Assistant role that is diverse in nature and exposes you to multiple teams, functions and leadership members. Supporting internal stakeholders, the role provides crucial direct diary management and travel logistics.

THE TEAM

The Operations Team is made up of an Operations Assistant and an Operations Manager and sits within our Governance and Performance department. Working within a small team you have direct access to your manager and will work collaboratively. The wider organisation is comprised of about 100 employees located across Australia and the Pacific Islands.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

With a genuine passion for the work of Greenpeace and our supporters, the ideal candidate will be a 'go-getter' who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have the ability to partner and work with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally, manage competing priorities and maintain an onsite presence within our Rosebery office of 4 days per week.

Annual Salary: $64,172.56 + 10.5% superannuation per annum.
