This is a full-time, fixed-term position for a 9-month contract. However, for the right candidate, part-time hours could be considered.

THE TEAM

Our Operations Team consists of our Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator (which could be you!), and two Project Managers supporting GPAP initiatives.

The team sits within our Governance and Performance department, the engine room of GPAP, supporting all departments to make a real impact in our campaigns and broader organisational goals. Working closely with your manager, you'll enjoy direct access to guidance, support, and mentorship. With the wider organisation spanning over 120 employees across Australia and the Pacific Islands, you'll have the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of passionate professionals.

THE ROLE

This opportunity offers exposure to a range of teams, functions and leaders, making for an exciting and diverse work experience. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for essential tasks to support key internal stakeholders, such as providing logistical support, maintaining facilities, undertaking WHS audits, secretarial duties, administration and project oversight to ensure the smooth operation of GPAP.

Ideal experience we are looking for:

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Experience in providing administrative project management support
  • Experience in budget and financial management
  • Exposure in supporting the drafting and updating of procedures, policies and guidelines
  • Experience using Google Suites
  • Confidence in working independently and taking the initiative
  • Practical and hands on approach to office management

Annual full-time salary: $79,404.95 per annum + 11.5% superannuation. (Pro-rata to contract duration)

Open to applicants in Sydney, Australia only as this position will be required to be in our new Rosebery office at least 4 days per week.
