About us

Greens MP Kobi Shetty was elected to the NSW Legislative Assembly in 2023, representing a highly engaged constituency in Sydney’s inner west. Our small, passionate Electorate Office team works to support the MP in a fast paced, high demand environment.

We provide exceptional one-on-one support to constituents as well as building good relationships with organisations and stakeholders to advance the Greens principles of social and economic justice, environmental sustainability, grassroots democracy, and peace & non-violence.

About the position

There is currently an opportunity to join Kobi’s team as a casual communications specialist, supporting her Media and Communications team to ensure that constituents are fully informed and engaged with her work.

We’re looking for someone with demonstrated design skills – especially using InDesign and Canva – who can assist with social media content and community management. A working knowledge of NationBuilder’s website management and bulk emailing features, or similar, would be an advantage. Experience with traditional media and copywriting as well as general admin or customer service duties would also be an advantage.
