  • Working proactively with key external agencies to support clients throughout their case management to ensure safe and appropriate outcomes are sought.

You will have a sensitivity to cultural awareness and needs of clients, and an ability to work with limited direction. This is a multi-skilled team environment, with all team members striving to deliver a high quality of customer service to some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

Some other Qualifications:

  • A formal qualification in related disciplines such as Social Work, Community Services, Welfare, Social Sciences or other relevant qualifications (highly desirable) or significant experience in a similar position.
  • Demonstrated experience in a dynamic social service setting servicing clients and/or experience working with homeless individuals and families or people experiencing housing crisis.
