Haven; Home, Safe is a commercially operated, profit-for-purpose homelessness organisation specialising in housing solutions, providing hope, care and help to Victorian communities to prevent homelessness and end housing stress. Our organisation is on a journey to provide more homes and more support, through more meaningful partnerships.
You will be joining a committed team that is building the capacity to be a force for good. We are delivering innovative support programs and property and tenancy management solutions to some of the most vulnerable people in our community. We have deep empathy for the communities in which we are embedded; always focused on the people who need us most.
As a key member of our Engagements and Supports function, you will provide tailored client support and case management to individuals and families experiencing or facing homelessness in the Mallee region. Working proactively with key external agencies, you will support clients throughout their case management to ensure safe and appropriate services and resources are available to meet their needs and facilitate positive outcomes.
You will be located in our Mildura office in Victoria, on a fixed term contract until end of February 2025.
