• Location: Flexible, within Australia or New Zealand

As the Executive Manager of our membership-based organisation representing health coaches in Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, fostering member engagement and growth, and advocating for the interests of health coaches within the region.

This role requires a dynamic individual with an understanding of the significant impact that health coaching has on individual and community health outcomes, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in organisational management and advocacy.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a leadership role within a membership-based organisation, healthcare association, or related field.

An understanding of the health coaching industry, particularly in Australia and New Zealand, with knowledge of trends, challenges, and opportunities is desirable

The successful application will be able to demonstrate strong advocacy skills in engaging with government agencies, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
