Health Consumers Queensland is the State peak organisation representing the involvement of consumers and carers in healthcare. Since 2008 we have worked to enable consumers, Queensland Health, and the health system, to partner effectively together to improve health services across the State.

We currently have a great opportunity for a project & process officer who would like to help shape our vision of consumer led healthcare for all Queenslanders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time permanent role at SCHADS Level 4.1 with some flexibility for working remotely. The role supports our varied consumer engagement and business excellence initiatives through implementing project management processes, monitoring projects and programs, providing varied project administrative tasks, driving process and procedural improvements to improve efficiency and service delivery, and maintaining our CRM data. You will be a key and valued member of a small but warm and welcoming team.

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally have experience in project administration and a broader interest in project management, with demonstrated success in improving the processes that support project delivery. Experience in the health sector, whilst valuable, is not essential. What will make you successful in the role will be your capacity to effectively juggle and support the demands of multiple streams of work, your ability to effectively communicate with varied stakeholders both internally and externally, and a keen desire to continuously improve the underlying processes you work in and around.
