Established in 2006, headspace is a well-recognised, national not-for-profit organisation making a difference to the lives of young people aged 12-25 years. The eheadspace program provides online and telephone mental health services to young people and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About the role
The eheadspace Clinical Coordinator is responsible for clinical leadership and line management, as part of the leadership team, within the eheadspace service. The Clinical Coordinator contributes to the development of the strategic directives of eheadspace while maintaining responsibility for the coordination, management, and oversight of shift activities.
This position is a parental leave replacement role till 31 August 2025 at 0.8FTE working the following shifts:
Monday 12pm - 8pm
Tuesday 12pm - 8pm
Wednesday 8:45am - 4:45pm
Thursday 8am - 4pm
Wednesday and Thursday shifts will be worked in the office and Monday and Tuesday shifts will be work-from-home shifts
Who we're looking for
eheadspace is looking for an experienced clinical coordinator with tertiary allied health qualifications and knowledge in the assessment and treatment of mental health and other related issues for young people, in one of the following areas - Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, Clinical or Counselling Psychology or a Masters in Counselling. Additionally, candidates will have an advanced level of clinical skills, with experience in clinical supervision and leadership.
