About the role

This exciting and diverse position will:

  • Support our IT Operations Team to work with and assist all departments of headspace National
  • This role will ensure that all IT administrative and support tasks and functions are carried out with a high level of accuracy and customer service
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting IT support at Level 1-3
  • Evaluate and procure IT software and hardware, as well as install, configure and maintain hardware and software for new and existing employees
  • Ensure all IT support and service request tickets are responded to and/or resolved in a timely manner in line with their severity/priority
  • Anticipate potential issues, make suggestions to mitigate issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide after-hours IT Support, under the IT team after-hours support roster

Who we're looking for

headspace is seeking someone with:

  • A combination of relevant experience or education/training in a corporate IT support position including in first level IT support and IT systems. New graduates will also be considered for this role.
  • Advanced technical and troubleshooting skills, with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management with well-developed interpersonal skills and a customer centric approach.
  • Well developed ability to multi-task and problem solve in order to achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes and under time pressures.
  • Understanding of LAN environments and SharePoint would be advantageous

To be eligible for this position you must

  • Have the right to live and work in Australia
