Who we are looking for

headspace is seeking a consultative and collaborative professional who can work together with project team members and stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure all contractual obligations are conducted, and deliver project outcomes within agreed budgets and timeframes for headspace and young people.
It essential that you have:
- A degree level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years' work experience in project management roles involving medium sized projects delivered in complex stakeholder environments.
- Short course or vocational training in project management.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated capability in the core elements of project management including project governance, stakeholder engagement, scope management, budgeting, work scheduling, resource planning, risk and issue management and project reporting.
- A proven track record in stakeholder relationship management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to support project delivery.
- Well-established ability to achieve project outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Broad understanding of the implementation processes and systems required to develop and support newly established programs.
- Experience managing projects using relevant project and tasks management tools e.g., Microsoft project, WRIKE, JIRA, Asana.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and experience with common online collaboration tools such as Miro and Mentimeter.
- Ability to work in a highly productive, fast paced environment with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks.
