This new and exciting position will take a leading role in the development, implementation and refinement of outreach and engagement initiatives, nationally across the headspace network, to enhance outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and advocate, where you will have the opportunity to make a strategic impact and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at national, state, and regional levels. Through your recommendations for service design and integration, you will also be a key driver at the operational level. To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker and have a consultative style, coupled with a proven track record in the successful delivery of culturally informed initiatives. You will be confident in making recommendations and in managing all aspects of a project in a fast-paced environment. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you will develop rapport quickly to build relationships and strategic partnerships internally across the headspace network and externally with government, non-government, and community partners. You will also be available for regular interstate travel. As an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, your cultural and social awareness will be central to this role.
