What is headspace

Established in 2006, headspace is a well-recognised, national not-for-profit organisation making a difference to the lives of young people aged 12-25 years. To learn more about headspace and the services we offer, visit headspace.org.au.

Tell me about the role

A really exciting opportunity to help design plan and deliver the headspace Forum 2022.

The headspace Forum is the national gathering of the headspace network. It occurs every two years and includes hosting by young people, keynote addresses, breakout presentations, a showcase of all the centres, and art and performances by young people. In 2022 we anticipate over 1000 people in attendance.

What we're looking for

  • A demonstrated focus on collaboration, teamwork and shared success
  • An energetic and positive approach to work, with a commitment to getting things done and getting them done well
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with a variety of people including listening well and communicating clearly
  • Basic project coordination skills
  • Personal productivity skills, including planning work, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
