Practice Information:

This incorporated Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service has supported Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous communities in the Toowoomba, Darling Downs and South West region for over 23 years. This not-for-profit organisation provides General Practitioner (GP), Oral, Primary and Allied Health Services, with a range of Home and Community Care, Family Wellbeing, Aged Care Services, Early Numeracy and Literacy Support and NDIS services. They are responsive to the needs and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, families and communities within the Goolburri Region and support them to exercise control of their Health and Wellbeing.

Position Description:

The role is based in Toowoomba.  The practice is seeking a GP either experienced or new graduate, to join our busy and growing practice with an existing patient base. You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build patient rapport and trust easily Be clinically competent in all areas of the General Practice and be a great team player.

Qualifications & Experience:

• GP with AHPRA registration
• Vocationally Registered
• Salary Information:  $95,000 - $105,000 per annum
