Habitat for Humanity Victoria (HFHV) is seeking an experienced home builder to lead, manage and increase the impact and scale of our housing programs.

HFHV is a Christian based humanitarian for purpose organisation helping lower income families living in housing stress to own an affordable and appropriate home. We are a volunteer based organisation.

Our vision is for “a world where everyone has a decent place to live” and mission is to demonstrate God’s love by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope.

The Housing Programs Manager oversees the timely and cost effective delivery of our housing programs including our affordable home building projects, our Home Repairs and Brush With Kindness programs and our Disaster Recovery Projects. An important outcome is working to increase the scale and impact of our housing programs.

The role offers opportunities to be “hands on” in our housing projects. It also requires an ability to work with, lead and integrate volunteers, skilled and unskilled, across our housing programs.
