Highway Foundation

Welcome to Highway Foundation

We are an award-winning youth charity based in Melbourne, boldly taking a different and exciting new road in youth wellbeing and mental health! We are showing the world a powerful new way to uplift and support our young people.

TEACHING YOUNG PEOPLe SKILLS FOR LIFE

Instead of focusing on fixing young people, we work beyond mental health and more towards the whole person's wellbeing. We are focused on young people having positive connections with themselves, others, and the world to build a sense of deep belonging. At Highway, young people can feel connected, heard, safe, and inspired. At Highway Foundation, we aim to inspire, empower, and equip young people (aged 10–30) to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and inner strength. Young people deliver our transformative workshops and programmes that help reduce mental stress, isolation, and loneliness in young people.

Your role is meaningful and impactful

As Programme Coordinator, you’ll drive the growth of our transformative school programmes, from promotion to implementation. You’ll engage with potential school partners, showcasing the life-changing impact our programmes can have on their students.

By building strong relationships with key decision-makers, you’ll secure partnerships and guide schools through seamless onboarding.

You’ll coordinate logistics, train facilitators, lead program delivery, and manage resources and budgets, ensuring success at every step. Be at the heart of empowering schools to enrich students' lives and make a real difference in youth wellbeing.

Join us on this exciting and rewarding journey!
